Jessica – Online Assistant

Jessica was working for me during her time as Account Manager at ChartWorld International. As Account Manager, Jessica was leading the project management for the onboarding of new clients. She is an expert on our CRM and ERP tools as well as the first contact person for our customer. With her help, ChartWorld could double its customer base. Jessica’s flexibility, proactive thinking and organized approach in all areas of the ChartWorld business was a fundamental key to ChartWorld success. I would always work with her again if possible.

It´s been a pleasure working with Jessica for several years. We´ve planned and managed international events and trade shows for a multinational company and she´s always been very independent and precise, creating detailed working schedules and liaising with suppliers as well as with other marketing teams directly. Her responsibilities about each project were from A to Z, including budget control, logistics, reporting and on-site coordination.
She knows how to understand company/marketing requirements and translate them into design plans and organization guidelines, in order to give the final proper, strategic message to clients. She can be quite direct, which is needed in some situations, and motivate colleagues and suppliers with her enthusiasm and motivation. She´s always been willing to learn and improve her professional skills: during those years we´ve worked together she greatly improved her professional profile and achieved very good results. I´m sure she will do amazing things in her own career since she has the perfect attitude and energy for it!
